Simi Dog Leash Law

Seems the law applies mainly in parks. What about those that let their dog out of vehicle and it goes on my lawn??
And how about those peeing on my lawn instead of the curbside grass?
I bought a home, not a dog urinal.
Can't we all just get along and use some common sense?
