Dog Lease Law

Most dog owners don't know (or care) that California does have a leash law.
If caught, they will be sited.

Since when is it okay for them to do their business on our front lawns??

Right again Lou. But then again this might open doors for us humans to do our business on the lawns of the people who violate the barking and leash law.
