WHO: Bands include: In Memory, Brett Mikels, Healios, Seventh City Fall Out, Tuesday's Rain, and Mitch Perry and his friends! Mitch will be filming and all-star rock video "live" for an upcoming concert and DVD, so go Hawaiian and no black or white. Everyone will be singing "We Get By With a Little Help from our Friends" by the Beatles.

Is a community coming together to save our own hometown businesses. No more Imports, Shop Simi Valley First! This grassroots efforts comes from pride in our local family oriented businesses, in hopes to stop the economic "Melt-down" in our community. We hope to help rise the awareness of our city by networking and drawing attention to this community crisis through specials events and bridge-building. This concert is being produce to save one such business before the end of the month spells the end of his hard work and constantly giving to the community. This business TuTu's Hawaiian Ice, has support most every charity in the community, every children and teens organizations and hosta a safe harbor for teens in his business, hiring local students to help him keep Simi Valley cool and smiling! Like so many others before him, silently slipped away in the night, we joining hands to stop this economic disaster hitting Simi Valley, and invite you to help, while enjoying yourself with the talents of many! Friends and businesses alike are participating in this the first of events geared at making a difference. "WE GET BY WITH A LITTLE HELP FROM OUR FRIENDS"
